二：Content
BEST-RESOURCE according to ANSI / ESD S20.20-2007 standard of the relevant requirements, with the actual situation, to guide enterprises to establish a sound ESD protection system, including:

To provide enterprises with ANSI / ESD S20.20-2007 standard basic knowledge of training, preparation of documentation systems, training and internal auditor training for ESD;

To guide the preparation of business management and quality system procedures manual, and make audit;

To guide the enterprises to improve their relevant documents of management system, to ensure the coordination and management system effectiveness;

To check the enterprise management system for compliance, make compliance audit reports;

To help enterprises choose the authority of the certification institution.
三：Three: Step
Consulting project is divided into four stages:
1. To send experts to know the basic situation of enterprises and provide basic training, to make certification consultation plan after full negotiation;
2. To set up manuals and procedures for document preparation system points to guide the company manuals and procedures to review the file and change;
3. To guide the effective implementation of enterprise file systems, guidance and participate in the internal audit system, pointing out the problems, make recommendations for improvement;
4.To audit business management system for compliance audits, guiding enterprises to apply for third-party management system certification.
四： Cooperation

Business advisory institution should be required to provide appropriate resources;

Enterprises should improve their management and operation management system as a starting point towards certification;

Enterprises staffs at all levels should be in coordination with advisory institution’s consultation activity;

In the consultation process, companies should not be on the organization and management to make major adjustments;

The two parties should be strictly implement the working plan of certification consultation, which negotiated fully by the consultation
五: Confidentiality requirement

The two sides should be strictly conservative in their own and the other side’ s business and technological secrets;

Consultants should keep the enterprises’ business and technical documents confidential, return immediately after use;

Without the premission the second party can’t lend the document resulted by consultation.

The secretary requirement is still valid after termination of the contract
六：Time
3-6 months, and it also judged by the scope, the base and the cooperation of the enterprise.
